Our hard-sided coolers are pressure-injected with up to two inches of Ecomate polyurethane foam, designed for optimal cooling performance. Ecomate is environmentally friendly, with no global warming potential, no ozone depletion potential, and no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This foam insulation ensures that your cold items remain fresh for as long as possible.

Lid Gasket

The cooler lid seals with a high-quality rubber gasket, trapping cold air and extending the longevity of your ice. If you need a dry goods tray, it is sold separately.

Bear-Resistant Certification

All Grizzly hardside coolers are IGBC Certified Bear-Resistant. These coolers come equipped with two lock holes to secure your cooler and protect your contents. This certification ensures that your food and supplies are safe from bears and other animals.
